Stalking
Stalking at Corrour is incomparable and is a vital part of our habitat management. Our guests stalk truly wild deer, the old-fashioned way. You need endurance and skill to shoot a stag at Corrour. Our expert stalkers carefully select deer to be culled and ensure clean kills.
Red deer are the most common on Corrour. We also have a few roe deer and, more recently, sika deer. Unlike the red and roe deer, which are native to Scotland, the sika was introduced to Britain from the Far East in the middle of the nineteenth century.
